About The Project
St. Andrews Bistro is designed to be adaptable and to stimulate the senses. Crafted around a hearth oven, the bistro offers a casual dining experience with a mix of self-service and full-service stations providing a wide range of options, including deli, salad, grill, beverage, and dessert stations. Seamlessly connected to the bistro is an exhibition dining area featuring a semi-casual, interactive show kitchen designed to enhance operations and engage residents' senses.
Following the dining venues is the marketplace, featuring a dynamic, coffee-house-like layout. It includes a grab-n-go section, a gift shop, and an area that seamlessly transitions fr om casual dining to a social hub. This space leads residents to a private dining area and a themed restaurant, offering the community a diverse culinary experience. To further elevate the ambiance, the Blue Bay Bar creates a laid-back atmosphere wh ere indoor and outdoor seating blend together to offer an inviting and versatile space for patrons to relax and to further enhance the overall dining experience at St. Andrews Bistro.
