Responsibilities

Act as a liaison between the team and the client while planning, tracking, and delivering on time and on budget for multiple projects. Manage select projects assigned by department leadership. Review existing conditions and develop equipment plans. Build budgets and pricing for projects. Review work produced, ensuring accuracy. Communicate with food service reps as necessary to obtain manufacturer product information. Coordinate designs based on the client's vision. Present designs to clients, explain flow and function, gather feedback and delegate any design updates as needed. Track the financial performance of your projects compared to contract fee. Develop and monitor your project deliverables, schedules, fees, sub-contractors, vendors, billing, and collections. Foster strong client relationships. Delegate work to production staff and manage deadlines for those tasks. Respond to RFI's, coordinating with the internal Construction Administrator. Attend Discipline Coordination Meetings - Coordinating with MEP/Architect, usually attended by phone. Build construction estimates, obtain quotes from vendors. Conduct QC (Quality Control) checking drawing sets before they get released to ensure they meet company quality standards.

Requirements

5+ years of professional experience in project management for the construction industry, commercial interiors, or food service design/culinary design. Knowledge of building codes, NSF, and FDA Food Codes is required. Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D programs/tools is preferred but not required. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and design would be a big asset.Insight into trends in design and construction for Food Service and Hospitality would be a big asset. Takes ownership and leadership of all tasks and assignments delegated to them. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Excellent time management skills.

Benefits and Pay Range

$65,000-$75,000 salary. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid holidays and paid time off. Up to a 3% match in the company IRA program.

Schedule

On-site position Monday to Friday, 8-hour shift based in Ephrata, PA. Flexible and remote scheduling is negotiable after six months of employment.

Specify the material used in the model. Compute mathematical formulas to find the correct dimensions. Revise models based on mark-ups to meet customer requirements. Provide documentation necessary for each phase to carry out design intent. Coordinate with other teams to ensure the model is correct

Minimum Qualifications

Associate degree in drafting from a technical school. 3 years of experience in Autodesk Revit, BIM 360, Enscape, KCL, Unfi, KitchDesigner, Lumion, and other rendering engines.Solid mathematical skills. Knowledge of Food Service Equipment is a plus!

Benefits and Pay Range

$20.00 - $27.00 per hour. Medical, dental, and vision coverage. Paid holidays and paid time off. Up to a 3% match in the company IRA program.
