About The Project
St. Andrews Bistro offers an adaptable and sensory-stimulating dining experience centered around a hearth oven. The bistro features a mix of self-service and full-service stations, including deli, salad, grill, beverage, and dessert options. Connected to the bistro is an exhibition dining area with a semi-casual, interactive show kitchen. The marketplace has a coffee-house-like layout with grab-and-go options, a gift shop, and spaces that transition from casual dining to a social hub. This leads to a private dining area and a themed restaurant, providing diverse culinary experiences. The Blue Bay Bar adds to the ambiance with indoor and outdoor seating, creating a versatile and inviting space for relaxation.
