About The Project

The project consisted of a full renovation of an existing Café area to include a new Coffee Shop, a full 24/7 Market with self-checkout technology, and a Marketplace featuring a grill and hearth oven offering multiple stations and expanded menu options. Food safety, transparency, and operations flexibility were considered as the spaces were programmed and designed. With collaborative planning, we improved operations using simplified solutions and technology to reduce labor, limit risk, and minimize food waste.
