At Sinai Residences in Boca Raton, FL, we collaborated closely with system leadership and design teams as food service design consultants, leading culinary programming and design for an expansion of the community’s dining spaces. The project features an elegant expo kitchen destination restaurant, creating a dynamic and sensory dining experience that connects guests with chefs while filling the room with enticing aromas. The venue includes an outdoor patio for a fresh, scenic dining environment, as well as a private dining room with a wine wall for intimate gatherings and celebrations. Additionally, the design incorporates a bar with seamless indoor and outdoor access, extending the experience beyond the main dining area. The overall design complements the existing campus while integrating nature and outdoor amenities, enhancing the community’s lifestyle.
