About The Project
SCOPOS Hospitality Group provided culinary programming and food service design for Captain's Cove, Cypress Cove's full-service restaurant. This stand-alone venue embraces a modern coastal aesthetic, with expansive windows that connect the dining space to scenic views of the surrounding lake and water features. The design seamlessly extends fr om the indoors to the outdoor deck, wh ere residents and guests can enjoy a serene dining experience in a refined, coastal setting that subtly incorporates marina-inspired elements. The restaurant features an exhibition kitchen with a Woodstone hearth oven, enhancing back-of-house operations and significantly increasing cook-to-order capacity. To support these upgrades, a new walk-in cooler was added for enhanced storage. At the heart of the restaurant, a centrally located bar is designed to optimize service, with surrounding seating that creates a vibrant social hub for both residents and guests to enjoy a sophisticated dining experience
