About The Project

The redesign at Brewster's Place senior living community aimed to enhance culinary efficiency and modernize the dining space, creating a top-tier restaurant experience for residents. The centerpiece is the open exhibition kitchen, fostering interaction between residents and staff while improving workflow and functionality. A standout feature, the hearth oven, expands menu options and strengthens chef-resident relationships. In the back-of-house, the Rational combi oven streamlines prep work, ensuring smooth, high-quality service. This project not only improved daily operations but also accommodated residents' preferences, emphasizing the importance of satisfaction and intentionality in every dining experience.
